Back to the Appledore Book Festival today and after drawing from one of the speaker's talks in St Margaret’s Church I head into the churchyard and paint the view towards Instow. The light is still so wonderful for September. It’s always a bit challenging to find the right way to represent lots of houses without being there for ages.
